A nine-person company, so every role here is hands-on. Van work is local to Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Everything that happens on a screen — product data, customer support, marketing, supplier admin — can be done from anywhere in the world, and three of the team already do. We are growing from nine people to about a dozen over the next year, so the five roles below are all live.
Screen-based roles are fully remote from any country, with a four-hour overlap with UK hours.
Nine people. You will talk to the director every week and see the effect of your work in the same month.
Contractor or employer-of-record arrangements, invoiced monthly, paid within five working days.
£600 towards a laptop and desk setup after three months, and the appliance trade price on anything for your own home.
Own the appliance catalogue: specifications, dimensions, energy labels and photography from manufacturer feeds, written up so a customer can tell two models apart. Detail obsessives welcome; appliance knowledge can be learned.
£26,000 – £32,000 equivalent
First reply on email and web enquiries: gather the aperture, appliance and postcode detail the trade desk needs to quote, chase manufacturer warranty claims, and keep customers informed when a delivery date moves. Requires clear written English and a four-hour overlap with 8am–6pm UK time.
£13 – £15 per hour equivalent
Diagnose faults over the phone and on video before we send a van: fault codes, drainage, ventilation and installation errors. Suits a former appliance engineer who would rather work from a desk. Manufacturer training provided.
£30,000 – £36,000 equivalent
Run local search and paid campaigns for a fifteen-mile radius. The measure is booked installation visits, not impressions. You will have access to the enquiry data and the freedom to switch off anything that does not convert.
£250 – £350 per day
Fit ovens, hobs, refrigeration and laundry across Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, two engineers per van. Gas Safe registration or 18th Edition electrical qualification required; we fund the other. Full UK driving licence essential.
£34,000 – £39,000 + van
