Accessibility Statement

01How accessible this website is

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. Text meets or exceeds a 4.5:1 contrast ratio, pages work at 200% zoom and at 320px width, all functionality is reachable by keyboard, every page opens with a skip link to the main content, and the diagrams on this site carry text alternatives describing what they show.

We know of two limitations: the service radius diagram conveys geography that is also described in words on the delivery page, and the enquiry form has no autosave, so a long message can be lost if the page is reloaded.

02Alternatives to using the website

Everything on this site can be done by phone on 01525 000 000 or by email to hello@voltia.uk. Our engineers will read appliance instructions aloud and demonstrate controls on request, and we can supply manufacturer documentation in large print.

03Feedback

If you find something you cannot use, email hello@voltia.uk with the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within five working days and to fix reported barriers within 30 days where the change is within our control.

05Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 25 September 2026 following a review of the site using keyboard-only navigation, a screen reader, automated contrast measurement against computed colour values, and reflow testing at 320px and at 320px with 200% text. It is reviewed when the site changes materially, and at least annually.
